Auto Blue RIPEV

RIPEV AUTO BLUE is a product consisting of a solution of urea and demineralized water that reduces pollutant emissions from diesel vehicles (light or heavy-duty) equipped with an SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system designed to meet EURO 4, EURO 5, and EURO 6 standards. Using RIPEV AUTO BLUE enables a reduction of up to 90% in harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions and is required for most heavy-duty diesel vehicles (trucks, buses, etc.) manufactured after October 2006. For light-duty vehicles, RIPEV AUTO BLUE is used in diesel models manufactured from 2014 onwards. Consumption varies by vehicle depending on several factors, specifically driving style, system operating temperature, and ambient temperature. On average, a light-duty vehicle consumes about 1.5 to 2.5 liters per 1,000 km; however, it is important to note that if the RIPEV AUTO BLUE tank is empty, the engine will not start.
